【摘要】 目的分析深圳龙华地区不同年龄段女性宫颈HPV感染情况及基因分布,为本地区女性宫颈癌防治和HPV感染的分子流行病学研究提供重要依据。方法对5 086例女性患者按年龄分组,用反向斑点杂交-基因芯片法对其宫颈上皮细胞标本进行23种HPV基因分型检测,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 5 086例标本中,HPV总感染率为20.47%。在1 041例阳性患者中,单基因感染占71.76%,多重基因感染占28.24%。在多重感染者中,以混合型感染为多。高危型由高到低检出依次为HPV52、HPV16、HPV58、HPV53、HPV18,分别占15.08%、12.14%、7.44%、5.39%、5.05%,低危型以43亚型为主,占12.62%。年龄段与HPV感染率呈U字型关系,≤19岁年龄组和≥50岁年龄组感染率高于其他年龄段(P<0.01)。结论深圳龙华地区HPV感染以52、16、58、53和18为主要高危亚型。≤19岁年龄组和≥50岁年龄组HPV感染率高,应重视年轻女性和年长女性的宫颈癌筛查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distribution of human papilloma virus( HPV) infection in different ages women,so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control of cervical cancer and epidemiological study in the region. Methods 5 086 cervical cell specimens were grouped according to ages and detected using dot blot hybridization reverse- gene chip for the 23 HPV genotype. Results Overall HPV infection rate of total specimens was 20. 47%. Among the 1 041 positive patients,71. 76% was single type infections,and 28. 24% was multiple HPV type infections. Out of the multiple infections,mixed infection was given priority. The leading five high- risk HPV genotypes were HPV- 52( 15. 08%),HPV- 16( 12. 14%),HPV-58( 7. 44%),HPV- 53( 5. 39%) and HPV- 18( 5. 05%) in descending order. The low- risk HPV genotypes were detected with HPV 43( 12. 62%) the most genotype. HPV infection rate according to age showed U- shape with a peak in HPV prevalence among women. In the age group,the infection rate in less than 19 years old and the infection rate in more than 50 years old were,significantly higher than that in other age groups,the differences had statistical significance( P < 0. 01). Conclusion HPV52,HPV16,HPV58,HPV53 and HPV18 are dominant high- risk HPV subtypes in Longhua district,Shen Zhen.Screening for HPV infecting of young women and older women should be paid attention.更多还原
