高效液相色谱法同时测定水中的二甲基甲酰胺和二甲基乙酰胺

【摘要】 目的建立和探讨用高效液相色谱仪同时测定水中二甲基甲酰胺和二甲基乙酰胺含量的分析方法。方法用经过烘烤的棕色玻璃瓶采集水样,通过孔径为0.22μm的水系过滤头过滤后直接进样,用Eclipse Plus C18(100 mm×4.6 mm,3.5μm)不锈钢柱分离,经二极管点阵检测器检测,以保留时间定性,以外标法定量。结果二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺在1μg/ml~50μg/ml时标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数r分别为0.999 7、0.999 9,最低定量下限分别为:1.0μg/ml、1.5μg/ml,相对标准偏差分别为1.2%~5.1%、0.9%~2.5%,加标回收率分别为98.5%~100.1%、98.1%~99.9%。通过与国标气相色谱法比较,本法的精密度、保留时间的稳定性、灵敏度等均优于国标方法。结论本法操作简单、快捷、定性能力强、灵敏度高、精密度和准确度好,能更好的适应水中二甲基甲酰胺和二甲基乙酰胺含量的同时检测。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of dimethyl formamide and dimethylacetamide content in water by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) simultaneously. Methods Collecting water samples with baked brown glass bottle,sample was inject directly through filter head with aqueous pore size of 0. 22 μm,separated with stainless steel column,Eclipse Plus C18( 100 mm × 4. 6 mm,3. 5 μm),and via the diode matrix detector for the retention of time qualitation,quantified with external standard. Results Dimethylformamide,dimethylacetamide,at 1. 0 μg / ml- 50 μg / ml concentration in a range,showed good linear,and the correlation coefficient were respectively r = 0. 999 7,0. 999 9; the lowest limit of quantification were 1. 0 μg / ml and 1. 5 μg / ml. The relative standard deviations were 1. 2%- 5. 1%,0. 9%- 2. 5%; the recoveries were 98. 5%- 100. 1% and 98. 1%- 99. 9%. Conclusion Compared with the international gas chromatography,this method is better in pricision,the stability in retaining time,and sensitivity. The method is simple,fast,of qualitative strong ability,high sensitivity,good precision and accuracy,which can better adapt to the simultaneous detection of dimethylformamide and two Meanwhile methylacetamide content in water.
