2009年-2013年梧州市外环境霍乱弧菌监测现状评价

【摘要】 目的了解广西梧州市外环境中霍乱弧菌的分布情况。方法采用分离培养法、PCR法对霍乱弧菌进行监测。结果 2009年-2013年广西梧州市外环境中霍乱弧菌的总阳性率为2.80%(56/2 001),2009年最高达6.34%(17/268),2009年-2013年大致呈下降趋势;外环境中水生动物及水样标本中霍乱弧菌的总阳性率分别为3.61%(45/1 246)和1.46%(11/755),两者间差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.02,P<0.01);56株霍乱弧菌包含有4种霍乱菌株:小川型、稻叶型、O139型、非O1非O139型;PCR结果显示,ct和zot均为阴性组有30株,ct阴性zot阳性组共有18株,ct阴性特异基因阳性组共有8株。结论霍乱弧菌可通过水产品的运输而传播,应加强对危险因素中环境水体和食品的监测并制定防控策略。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the distribution of Vibrio cholerae in outside environment of Wuzhou. Methods To monitor and detect comma bacillus by culture method and PCR. Results During 2009-2013,the total positive rate Vibrio cholerae in the outside environment of Guangxi Wuzhou was 2. 80%(56 /2 001),the rate of 2009 was up to 6. 34%(17 /268),during2009-2013,it generally decreased; The total positive rate in the external environment of aquatic animal and water samples of Vibrio cholerae were respectively 3. 61%( 45 /1 246) and 1. 46%( 11 /755),a highly significant difference between the two(χ2= 8. 02,P < 0. 01); 56 strains of cholera strains including 4 strains of cholera: Ogawa,rice,leaf type,O139 type,non O1 non O139 type. The PCR results showed that ct and zot were negative group,30 strains of ct negative,zot positive group had a total of 18 strains,ct negative specific gene positive group a total of 8 strains. Conclusion Vibrio cholera can spread through the water transportation of the products,we should strengthen the environmental monitoring and food risk factors,and make the prevention and control strategy.
