离子色谱法同时测定生活饮用水中的亚硝酸盐氮和亚氯酸盐
Simultaneous determination of shlorite and nitrite nitrogen in drinking water by ion chromatogrphy
【摘要】 目的建立同时测定生活饮用水中亚硝酸盐氮和亚氯酸盐的离子色谱法。方法选择Ion Pac AS19色谱柱,淋洗液为氢氧化钾溶液,流速为1.0 ml/min,进样量为500μl,电导检测池温度为30℃,色谱柱温度为30℃,抑制器抑制模式为自动再生模式,抑制器电流为50 m A。结果在0.01 mg/L~5.0 mg/L时,亚硝酸盐氮的线性方程为y=10.718 x-0.026 5,r=0.999 9,检出限为0.1μg/L;在0.05 mg/L~2.0 mg/L时,亚氯酸盐的线性方程为y=2.784x-0.036 2,r=0.999 9,检出限为0.2μg/L。方法的回收率为96.5%~104.9%,RSD为0.79%~2.53%。结论该法操作简单、快速、准确,灵敏度高、干扰少,省时又省力,适用于同时测定生活饮用水中的亚硝酸盐氮、亚氯酸盐。
【Abstract】 Objective To develop an ion chromatography( IC) for simultaneous determination of chlorite and nitrite nitrogen in drinking water. Methods The IC separation was carried out with the Ion Pac AS19 chromatographic column by using hydroxide eluent at the flow rate of 1. 0 ml / min. The injection volume was 500 μl. Conductivity detection cell temperature was set at30 ℃,and column temperature was at 30 ℃; Suppressor was in automatic regeneration mode,and suppressor current was50 m A. Results The results showed that in the range of 0. 01 mg / L to 5. 0 mg / L,the linear equation of nitrite nitrogen was y = 10. 718x-0. 026 5,r = 0. 999 9,and the detection limit was 0. 1 μg / L; In the range of 0. 05 mg / L-2. 0 mg / L,the linear equation of chlorite was y = 2. 784x-0. 036 2,r = 0. 999 9,and the detection limit was 0. 2 μg / L. The recovery rates were96. 5%-104. 9% and the relative standard deviations( RSDs) were 0. 79%-2. 53%. Conclusion The method is simple,fast,accurate and sensitive,less disturbance and save time and effort and it is applicable to the simultaneous determination of nitrite nitrogen and chlorite in drinking water.
