2013年深圳市儿童病毒性腹泻中主要病毒的检测与研究

【摘要】 目的了解深圳市儿童病毒性腹泻的季节分布及流行病学特点,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法从5岁以下腹泻儿童粪便标本中选取已排除细菌感染的标本,用RQ-PCR检测人双埃可病毒、轮状病毒A组、诺如病毒、肠道腺病毒及星状病毒,对检测结果进行分析。结果 120份标本中病毒的阳性率为39.2%,其中人双埃可病毒的阳性率为12.5%,A组轮状病毒的阳性率为14.2%,诺如病毒的阳性率为15.8%。夏季是人双埃可病毒的感染高峰,秋、冬季是轮状病毒及诺如病毒的感染高峰,A组轮状病毒发病人群都集中在2岁以下低年龄段儿童,双埃可病毒及诺如病毒在5岁以下儿童中普遍易感。结论除轮状病毒及诺如病毒外,双埃可病毒在儿童腹泻中也占有较大比例,需要引起重视。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the seasonable distribution and epidemiology features of child viral diarrhea in Shen Zhen,so as to provide scientific basis for the construction of prevention and control strategies. Methods Specimens of children under5 years old which had removed bacterial infections were selected and detected for human parechovirus,rotavirus A,norovirus,enteral adenovirus and astrovirus by real- time fluorescent quantitative- polymerase chain reaction( RQ- PCR). Then the detection results were analyzed. Results Out of 120 tested fecal specimens,the positive rate of virus was 39. 2%,among which that of human parechovirus was 12. 5%,that of rotavirus A was 14. 2%,that of norovirus was 15. 8%. The peak time of human parechovirus incidence was in summer,that of rotavirus A and norovirus was in spring and autumn. The peak age incidence of rotavirus A focused under 2 years. Children aged 0- 5 years are affected more by human parechovirus and Norovirus. Conclusion Excluding rotavirus and norovirus,the human parechovirus accounts for a considerable proportion in the diarrhea of children,which should be paid more attention.
