拟茎点霉属真菌检测技术研究进展
Advances in detection of Phomopsis spp.
【摘要】 拟茎点霉属真菌是植物上重要的病原菌和内生菌,该属真菌已描述900多种,可引起多种病害,呈世界性分布。本文综述了拟茎点霉属检测技术的研究现状,并指出各种检测技术的优缺点及发展趋势。在此基础上,对DNA条形码技术的应用前景进行展望,为拟茎点霉进一步研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Phomopsis spp. contain important plant pathogens and endophytes. There are more than 900 species recorded,which could induce a variety of diseases,with worldwide distribution. This paper introduces the research status of detection methods,then points out both the advantages and disadvantages of different methods and the development trends. It prospects the future application of DNA barcode technology and provides references for intensive study in Phomopsis spp.
