高温处理对几种苋属杂草种子萌发的影响

【摘要】 本文选取反枝苋、长芒苋、糙果苋、西部苋、凹头苋、白苋、刺苋和皱果苋8种苋属杂草种子作材料,通过高温处理研究不同苋属种子对高温的耐性,反枝苋的处理温度范围设置为70~130℃,处理时间范围设置为0至8 h;在另一处理中8种苋的处理温度范围设置为110~130℃,处理时间范围设置为0至60 min。结果表明:经过同样条件处理的8种苋属杂草种子在萌发率、胚根长度和胚轴长度3个方面均存在差异;120℃处理1 h或130℃处理30 min,8种苋属杂草的萌发率均为0。

【Abstract】 Eight Amaranthus species seeds, A.retroflexus, A. palmeri, A. tuberculatus, A. rudis, A. lividus,A. albus, A. spinosus and A. viridis, were selected for high temperature tolerance test. The processing temperature range of A.retroflexus is set to 70 ℃ to 130 ℃, and the time range is set to 0 to 8 hours. The processing temperature range of 8 species is set to 110 ℃ to 130 ℃, and the time range is set to 0 to 60 minutes. The results showed that the germination rate, length of radicle and hypocotyl length were different in eight Amaranthus species after treatment in the same conditions. Eight Amaranthus species seeds germination rate were 0 after treatment of 120 ℃ for 1 hour or 130 ℃ for 30 minutes.
