【Abstract】 Jinzhou Linhai military system’s Jiedushi was established in Liao dynasty and we can verify there are 22 officers such as Zhaosiwen. Except in charging of military and political affairs, Linhai military system’s Jiedushi take charge of Serve as an envoy abroad and diplomacy, which the major missions are"Congratulations on a birthday", "congratulations on new year", "telling the mourning","offer libation"and so on. These missions played an important part in communicating between Liao dynasty and Central Plains, it also played an important part in developing on society.更多还原
