【摘要】 目的:探讨超声引导下星状神经节阻滞联合应用止痛药物治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果。方法:颈源性头痛患者80例,随机分为对照组与实验组;两组均口服加巴喷丁,0.3 mg,每日3次,盐酸替扎尼定,2 mg,每日3次,共计4周。实验组除口服上述药物外,采用高频超声实时引导穿刺阻滞星状神经节,每周1次,共4次。治疗前后采用视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)进行疼痛程度评分,疗程结束后评价临床治疗效果。结果:治疗前实验组、对照组VAS评分分别为8.68±0.76及8.60±0.81,两组间无差异。治疗后分别为3.63±2.70和5.10±2.75,均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),实验组VAS评分更低,与对照组治疗后VAS评分相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验组显效率为30%、有效率为55%;对照组显效率为12.5%、有效率为42.5%,实验组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:超声引导星状神经节阻滞联合口服加巴喷丁、盐酸替扎尼定治疗颈源性头痛效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To study the efficiency of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block(SGB) combined drugs for cervicogenic headache(CEH) treatment. Methods: Eighty patients of CEH were evenly divided into control and therapy groups. Both Groups were given Gabapentin(0.3 mg, tid) and Tizaniding Hydrochloride(2 mg, tid) for 4 consecutive weeks. Ultrasound-guided SGB was performed in therapy group once a week for a total of 4 times. All patients were assessed with visual analogue scale(VAS). The clinical therapy efficacy was also evaluated before and after the treatment. Results: The VAS was 8.68±0.76 in the therapy group and 8.60±0.81 in the control group before treatment, there was no difference between two groups(P > 0.05). The VAS was 3.63±2.70 in the therapy group and 5.10±2.75 in the control group after treatment, which was significantly different with that before treatment respectively(P < 0.01). The VAS in the therapy group was also lower than that in the control group after treatment(P < 0.05). The significant effective ratio and effective ratio in the therapy group were 30% and 55%, respectively,which were higher than 12.5% and 42.5% in the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusions: Ultrasound-guided SGB combined with Gabapentin and Tizaniding Hydrochloride was more effective than the control for CEH treatment.更多还原
