不同处理食物对龟纹瓢虫保护酶活性的影响
Effect of Protective Enzyme Activities of Propylaea japonica( Thunberg) Foraging Different Treatment Prey
【摘要】 通过取食不同浓度啶虫脒处理的棉蚜,测定龟纹瓢虫体内CAT(过氧化氢酶)、POD(过氧化物酶)和SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)三种保护酶的活性变化,研究啶虫脒对龟纹瓢虫的影响。结果表明,在龟纹瓢虫取食啶虫脒不同浓度处理棉蚜的同一时间段内,CAT、POD和SOD活性均随处理浓度增加而上升,但差异不显著;在同一浓度下,龟纹瓢虫取食啶虫脒处理的棉蚜后第一天CAT、POD活性均为最高,第三天活性大幅度下降,与第一天相比差异较大,达显著水平。第五天CAT、POD活性略有降低,但与第三天相比差异不显著;在同一浓度下,龟纹瓢虫取食啶虫脒处理的棉蚜后第一天SOD活性较高,第三天、第五天均呈下降趋势,但差异未达到显著水平。
【Abstract】 The activities of SOD,CAT and POD in the Propylaea japonica( Thunberg) foraging cotton aphid exposed to different concentration acetamiprid was measured. The results showed that the activities of three protective enzymes increased with increasing acetamiprid concentration during the same time,but there were not significant differences among three protective enzymes activities. At the same concentration of acetamiprid,CAT and POD activities of P. japonica was the highest on the 1rst day,decreased sharply on the 3rd day,while decreased slightly on the 5th day. The activities of CAT and POD existed difference between the 1rst day and the 3rd day,while no differences existed between the 3rd day and the 5th day. At the same concentration of acetamiprid,the activities of P. japonica were the higher. There was slightly decreased trend on the 3rd day and the 5th day,there was no difference among them.
