【摘要】 土地优化研究是探讨土地可持续发展的重要内容,也是保障区域社会经济科学发展和生态安全的重要保障。以盐城海岸带为研究对象,运用灰色线性规划模型对其土地利用结构进行优化研究。结果表明:在盐城海岸带的土地利用优化方案中,无论是经济导向还是生态效益导向,都只注重土地利用的经济发展或生态环境保护,不利于土地的科学利用,在综合效益下的土地优化方案是同时兼顾经济效益与生态效益的土地利用模式。在此模式下,盐城海岸带及各县市的社会经济得到较好的发展,研究区域的沿海湿地生态系统服务功能价值也可得到较大提高,海岸带的人口数量和空间分布较合理,沿海城镇、产业与港口联动的综合效益较高,认为该方案可作为盐城海岸带土地利用最佳方案。文章从技术和政策等方面分析了盐城海岸带实现土地可持续利用的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The land use optimization study was the important part within the context of land use sustainable development,and also safeguarded the regional social economic scientific development and ecological security. In this paper,Yancheng Coastal Zone and different zones were selected as a typical area for case study. Constraints conditions and objection functions were constructed to establish multi-objection linear plan model with economic benefits,ecological benefits and comprehensive benefits as goals,the land use composition of the LUCC in the Yancheng Coastal Zone was optimized and land use sustainable suggestions were proposed. This paper proposed three kinds of optional ways: Economic benefits oriented,ecological benefits oriented and comprehensive benefits oriented. The comprehensive benefits oriented optimization method emphmasized long-term benefits and sustainable development in this region and should be adopted to develop economy and protect environment. Some further policy options should be proposed to mitigate problems more thoroughly,including: To control population growth and improve quality,protect wetland and forest land,practice the scientific concept of development,coordinate the development of the economy and the land utility,strengthen the control functions of land use planning,and so on.更多还原
