多元相图在传统陶瓷低温烧成中的应用分析

【摘要】 当前,传统陶瓷烧成温度普遍偏高,如何在传统陶瓷行业内尽快实现低温烧成,是陶瓷工作者和生产企业亟需解决的重要问题。本文综述了当前传统陶瓷行业降低烧成温度的常见技术措施,并结合多元相图和相关应用实例,探讨分析了多元组份体系在传统陶瓷行业中实现低温烧成的可行性,为传统陶瓷行业尽快实现低温烧成提供技术参考依据。

【Abstract】 Currently, the sintering temperature of traditional ceramic is very high, and how to achieve its low-temperature sintering soon has become an urgent problem for the ceramic entrepreneurs and researchers. This paper summarizes commonly-used technical measures of lowtemperature sintering in current traditional ceramic industry, and discusses the application feasibility of multi-component system to achieve low-temperature sintering in the industry by analyzing the cases where multi-component phase diagram has been used in order to provide technical reference for the traditional ceramic industry to realize low-temperature sintering.
