高温还原茶叶末釉的研制

【摘要】 以钾长石、钠长石、石英、高岭土、方解石、烧滑石、碳酸钡、氧化锌为原料,以氧化铁为结晶剂和着色剂,研究配方组成及工艺参数对茶叶末结晶釉的影响,得出配方组成(wt.%):Si O2:66.51,Al2O3:7.05,Fe2O3:4.42,K2O:2.61,Na2O:3.43,Ca O:3.97,Mg O:4.07,Ba O:1.58,Zn O:0.95,Ti O2:0.02,烧失:5.40,万孔筛余为0.05-0.1%,施釉厚度为1.5-2.0 mm时,可得釉色黄棕带绿,圆点状墨色晶体均匀分布的茶叶末釉。

【Abstract】 The glaze was prepared using potash feldspar, soda feldspar, quartz, kaolin, calcite, burning talc, barium carbonate, and zinc oxide as raw materials, ferric oxide as a crystallizing agent and colorant. The effects of the glaze formula and process parameters on tea dust glaze were studied. The experimental results show that the formula by weight is as follows: Si O2, 66.51; Al2O3, 7.05; Fe2O3, 4.42; K2 O, 2.61; Na2 O, 3.43; Ca O, 3.97; Mg O, 4.07; Ba O, 1.58; Zn O, 0.95; Ti O2, 0.02; cauterized loss, 5.40. The optimum tea dust glaze with the yellowish brown and green ground sprinkled with ink black dots can be prepared when the sieve residue is controlled within 0.05~0.1% and the glazing thickness is 1.5~2.0 mm.
