【摘要】 给肉仔鸡接种不同剂量新城疫Ⅳ系苗,观察疫苗免疫对肉鸡生产性能的影响,将120只艾维因肉仔鸡随机分为5组,以滴鼻方式接种不同剂量的疫苗(分别为2、4、8、16羽份),并测定接种疫苗后1、7、14、21 d各组鸡的平均日采食量、平均日增重及料重比等指数的动态变化。结果表明,疫苗免疫能降低前期肉鸡的平均日采食量和日增重,降低生产性能,而后期无显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 To test the effect of immunological challenge on performance of broilers,one hundred and twenty avian broilers were equally divided into five groups,the treatment group were vaccinated with 2,4,8 and 16 doses of Neweastle Disease Series Ⅳ by nose dropping.After 1,7,14 and 21 days of inoculation,the daily feed intake,the daily weight gain and feed to gain ratio were evaluated.The results showed that the daily feed intake and the daily weight gain in the treatment groups were significantly lower than that in the control on Day 7 after inoculation,feed to gain ratio were significantly higher,while there were no significant difference on Day 7 to Day 21 after inoculation.更多还原
