抗家畜脑包虫病藏药方剂中挥发性物质测定分析

【摘要】采用顶空气相色谱-质谱联用技术对抗家畜脑包虫病藏药方剂中挥发性物质进行测定分析,结果表明,该方剂中含有β-细辛脑(50.74%)、石竹烯(10.75%)、己酸(1.77%)、α-蒎烯(0.74%)、正十八烷、吖啶黄等成分,其中细辛脑、吖啶黄、α-蒎烯、己酸和正十八烷等成分对寄生虫具有较强的杀灭作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Volatile compounds in Tibetan drug prescription against cenuriasis of livestock was detected by HP-GC-MS.The results showed that β-asarone(50.74%),caryophyllene(10.75%),caproic acid(1.77%),α-pinene(0.74%),n-octadecane and acridine yellow were found,and most of them present high killing effect on parasites.更多还原
