【摘要】 目的:以仔猪为靶动物,考察复方中药口服液对仔猪腹泻的治疗作用。方法:未吮初乳的新生仔猪用PEDV(小肠及内容物)灌胃攻毒,制造仔猪病理模型,出现典型腹泻症状后灌服复方中药口服液进行治疗,观察并记录各试验处理仔猪精神、呕吐、腹泻、死亡情况以及病理解剖特征。结果:仔猪用病料攻毒后18 h出现腹泻;复方中药口服液治疗48 h后,腹泻得到较好的控制。结论:复方中药口服液对仔猪具有较好的保护作用,主要表现在对小肠以及肝、胆的保护作用,作用机理明确,临床疗效确切,可望为高死亡率吮乳仔猪腹泻的防控提供新的途经和有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research on the protection of compound TCM oral liquid against piglet diarrhea. Methods:Newborn piglets which did not suck sow milk were challenged with PEDV by gavage, and administrated with compound TCM oral liquid of after appearing typical symptoms of diarrhea. Then psychosis, vomiting, diarrhea, deaths and pathological features of piglets were observed and recorded. Results: Piglets diarrhea appeared on 18 h after infection of PEDV and was controlled on 48 h after administration of compound TCM oral liquid. Conclusion: Compound TCM oral liquid could obviously protect mice from diarrhea by protecting small intestine, liver and gallbladder. The mechanism is definite after clinical verification. It may provide new ways and methods for the control of piglet diarrhea.更多还原
