微波干燥对党参中党参炔苷含量的影响

【摘要】 目的:考察微波干燥对党参中党参炔苷含量的影响,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法、梯度洗脱、超声提取法。所采用的色谱条件为:色谱柱:Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流速:1.0 m L/min,检测波长:267 nm,柱温:25℃,流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸水梯度洗脱系统。结果:测定条件相同时,不同微波时间(5 min、5.5 min、6 min,中火),25%蜜炙党参微波5 min时,党参炔苷的含量较高。结论:不同微波时间会影响党参中党参炔苷的含量,25%蜜炙、微波5 min时,党参中党参炔苷含量较高,同时,采用HPLC方法测定党参中党参炔苷的含量,操作简单,结果可靠,重现性好,可作为甘肃道地药材党参及其炮制品质量控制的有效方法。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the impact of microwave on Lobetyolin content in Codonopsis pilosula,so as to provide a reliable method for the scientific evaluation and effective control of its quality.Methods:HPLC,gradient elution and ultrasonic extraction were used.Chromatographic conditions were as follows:Kromasil C18column(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) with flow rate of 1.0 m L/min,detection wavelength of 267 nm and column temperature of 25 ℃,mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05%water phosphate gradient elution system.Results:Under same measurement conditions and different microwave time(5 min,5.5 min,6 min,moderate heat),25% of honey roast Codonopsis pilosula with microwave processing for 5 min present highest levels of Lobetyolin content.Conclusion:Different microwave time could affect the content of Lobetyolin in Codonopsis pilosula,and 25% of honey roast with 5 min of microwave could increase Lobetyolin content.Meanwhile,HPLC method is simple,reliable and reproducible,and can be used to control the quality of Codonopsis pilosula in Gansu.
