响应面分析法优化葡萄渣中酒石酸的提取工艺

【摘要】 目的:利用响应面法优化葡萄渣中酒石酸的提取工艺条件。方法:以提取时间、提取温度、p H值、料液比为影响因子,以酒石酸提取率为响应值,应用Box-Behnken中心组合设计建立数学模型,进行响应面法分析(RSM)。结果:葡萄渣中酒石酸的最佳提取工艺为提取时间4 h,提取温度70℃,p H值4.0,提取料液比1∶3 g/m L,在此条件下,葡萄渣中酒石酸的提取率可达0.113%。结论:Box-Behnken设计结合响应面分析法可以很好地对葡萄渣中酒石酸的提取工艺进行优化。

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the extraction process for tartaric acid from grape pomace.Methods:Extract time,extraction temperature,p H value and solid to liquid ratio were selected as influencing factors and yield of tartaric acid as response value.Mathematical model was arranged according to Box-Behnken central composite experiment design and response surface analysis methodology(RSM) was implemented.Results:The optimum extraction conditions were as following:extraction time was 240 min,with solid to liquid ratio of 1 ∶3 g/m L at 70 ℃(p H 4.0).Under these conditions,extraction rate of tartaric acid was up to 0.113%.Conclusion:The combination of Box-Behnken design and response surface methodology could well optimize the extraction process of tartaric acid from grape pomace.
