【Abstract】 It summarized the international modes of Halon management. Based on the comprehensive summary of current Halon management in Japan, it analyzed Japanese experiences on Halon management including laws and regulations, Halon bank operation mode, supply plan and recovery as well as the alternative development. It put forward the proposals on establishing suitable Chinese Halon management norms, building the bank system, developing alternative technology and strengthening the recycling and reuse.更多还原
