【摘要】 目的分析骨髓细胞中survivi表达与进行髓系白血病的关系及阿米福汀对其的影响。方法选取我院在2013年2月-2015年4月初诊为急性髓系白血病患者60例为观察组,另外选取我院同期健康体检人员50例为对照组,分析骨髓细胞survivin表达,并分析阿米福汀对survivin表达的影响。结果观察组患者survivin表达阳性率(83.3%)明显高于对照组(32.0%),P<0.05,不同浓度阿米福汀均能够抑制HL-60细胞,不同干预时间组与丁组之间差异明显,P<0.05。疗效评估,37例患者白血病细胞survivin表达阳性,9例患者表达阴性,存在明显差异。不同阿米福汀浓度作用下,survivin表达灰度值均与丁组存在明显差异,P>0.05,不同干预时间作用下survivin表达存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论骨髓细胞中survivin表达与白血病发展存在密切关系,阿米福汀能够下调凋亡基因survivin的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To expression of Survivin in Patients with acute myeloid Leukemia and explore the effect of amifostine on survivin.Methods 60 patients with Leukemia in hospital as observer Group were divided from february2013 to april 2015,healthy patients in our hospital over the same period were selected as the control group,survivin expression in bone marrow cells were analyzed,the impact of amifostine on survivin expression was analyzed.ResultsThe positive rate of survivin expression in observation group(83.3%)was significantly higher(32.0%),P<0.05,Different concentrations of amifostine were able to inhibit the HL-60 cells,the time differences between the intervention group and the group obviously,P<0.05,37 patients of leukemia cells positive for survivin expression,9patients were negative,there are significant differences in efficacy evaluation.Different concentrations of amifostine effect,survivin expression gray values were significantly different in the control group,P>0.05,the next time the role of different interventions survivin expression significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusion Closely relationship between survivin expression in myeloid leukemia cells,amifostine can decrease the expression of apoptotic gene survivin.更多还原
