缺血缺氧性脑病新生儿免疫功能的变化及临床意义分析

【摘要】 目的研究新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)免疫功能的变化情况,探讨HIE免疫损伤机制,为HIE的治疗提供新的研究资料。方法 98例HIE患儿设为HIE组,其中轻度26例、中度39例、重度33例,选择同期54例正常新生儿为对照组,比较各组研究对象细胞免疫、体液免疫差异。结果 HIE患儿CD3、CD4细胞及CD4/CD8出现下降,均随HIE严重程度加深而降低;IgM、IL-2、IL-6出现下降,均随HIE严重程度加深而降低,IL-8、TNF-a出现升高,均随HIE严重程度加深而降低。结论 HIE患儿机体多存在免疫功能紊乱,其紊乱程度与疾病严重程度关系密切。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)the changes of immune function,to explore the mechanism of HIE immune injury,provide the new data for the treatment of HIE.Methods 98 cases of HIE group HIE,including 26 mild cases,39 moderate cases,33 severe cases,select the same period in 54 cases of normal newborns as control group,compare each research object of cellular immunity,humoral immunity difference.Results HIE in children with CD3,CD4 cells and CD4/CD8 decreased with the severity of HIE,decreased IgM,deepen;IL-2,IL-6decreased with the severity of HIE,decreased IL-8,deepen,TNF-a increased with the severity of HIE,deepen and reduce.Conclusion HIE patients many of the body’s immune function disorder exists,the relationship between the degree of disorder and severity of disease are closely.
