异氟烷麻醉下不同CO2气腹压对小型猪循环系统的影响

【摘要】 选取16头健康小型猪随机分为A、B、C、D四组,分别以0 mmHg、10 mmHg、12 mmHg、15 mmHg的气腹压进行充气腹试验,通过监测心率和血压来探讨不同CO2气腹压力对小型猪循环系统的影响。结果显示,A组试验猪心率和血压均呈下降趋势;B、C、D组试验猪心率和血压均有所上升。本试验确定了不同CO2气腹压对小型猪循环系统的影响程度是D组>C组>B组。因此,在小型猪长时间腹腔镜手术充气腹时,为获得足够术野和操作空间的同时,应尽量降低气腹本身对机体循环系统的影响,选用1012 mmHg的气腹压值为宜,不应超过15 mmHg。

【Abstract】 Sixteen healthy minipigs were randomly divided into four groups,named A,B,C and D,and carbon dioxide pneumperitoneum was performed at 0,10,12,15 mmHg,respectively.The different effects on circulation system were evaludted by monitoring the heart rate and blood pressure.The results showed that CO2 pneumperitoneum at OmmHg caused a decrease of heart rate and blood pressure;group B,C and D caused the increase of heart rate and blood pressure.The results showed that the effects of carbon dioxide pneumperitoneum on circulation system were D>C>B.Thus,the pneumperitoneum pressure should be set less than 15 mmHg and better within 1012-mmHg,which would cause less impact on circulation system and gain enough operating space at the same time.
