苦豆籽粕-双歧杆菌合生元对肉鸡生产性能及肠道黏膜形态结构的影响

【摘要】 将420只1日龄肉仔鸡随机分为6组,每组2个重复,每个重复35只,试验期为42d,试验将苦豆籽粕-双歧杆菌合生元混于肉仔鸡饲料中,每周龄末清晨7:00空腹称量体质量,计算平均日增重;结算饲料消耗量,计算平均日采食量;根据试验期增重量和耗料量,计算料肉比;分别于7、14、21、28、35、42日龄每组随机抽取10只剖杀,制作小肠各肠段组织切片,测量肠黏膜绒毛高度、隐窝深度和黏膜厚度。结果显示:苦豆籽粕-双歧杆菌合生元能显著提高肠黏膜绒毛高度、黏膜厚度和V/C值(绒毛高度/隐窝深度)、降低隐窝深度(P<0.05)。结果表明:肉鸡饲料中添加苦豆籽粕-双歧杆菌合生元可以改善肉仔鸡的肠道组织结构的形态发育,从而提高肉鸡的生产性能。

【Abstract】 In order to explore a new type microecology preparation for forage,this experiment studied the effect of the foxtail-like sophara seed’s dregs-Bifidobacterumsynbiotics on intestinal mucosal morphology in broilers.420one-day-old broilers were randomly divided into 6groups.Broilers were weighed to calculate average daily gain in fasting condition at 7:00am in age last week.Feed consumption was settled to calculate the average daily feed intake.Then feed conversion is calculated according to the weight gain and feed consumption.10 broilers in each group were randomly selected at 7,14,21,28,35,42 dto measure the intestinal villus length,villus width,crypt depth and mucosal thickness by making the bowel paraffin sections.The feeding trial lasted for 42 days.The results showed that foxtail-like sophara seed’s dregs-Bifidobacterumsynbiotics can enhancing intestinal villus height,mucosal thickness and villus height/crypt depth ratio and decreasing crypt depth(P<0.05).Foxtail-like sophara seed’s dregs-Bifidobacterumsynbiotics can improve the organizational structure of broiler intestinal morphogenesis,and increase broiler performance with adlibitum feeding.
