湖南省食用菌工厂化生产现状与发展建议

【摘要】 通过对湖南省食用菌工厂化生产现状的分析,指出了近10余年来所取得的主要成绩和生产发展过程存在的问题;提出了加大投入,大力发展科技创新;加强市场调研,突出各地区位和资源优势,创建适度规模的工厂化生产运营模式,保持湖南省食用菌工厂化生产稳步健康发展;强化人才队伍建设,尽快提高我省食用菌工厂化生产企业现代化管理水平;大力促进产业链细化分工,尽快完善食用菌工厂化生产产业链共4项建议。

【Abstract】 In this paper, through analyzing the current situation of mushroom factory production in Hunan province, the main achievements and the production problems existing in the development process in recent 10 years were pointed out. Meanwhile the four suggestions were these: increasing investment, vigorously developing scientific and technological innovation; strengthening market research to highlight the location and resource advantages, to create a moderate scale of factory production operation model, to maintain a steady and healthy development of mushroom factory production of Hunan province; strengthening the talent team construction, to improve the modern management level of factory production enterprise as soon as possible; promoting industrial chain division of refinement and to perfect the industrial chain of mushroom factory production and so on.
