【摘要】 研究目的在于探讨燕麦提取物对小鼠生长发育的影响,确定其功能因子。以燕麦麸皮为原料提取了醇提取物和燕麦胶,实验分别研究了两种提取物在不同摄入剂量的条件下对小鼠运动能力、体重、脂肪指数、肌内脂肪含量(IMF)、内脏指数和体内丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。研究结果表明,燕麦胶和燕麦醇提物对小鼠生长、食物利用率、脂肪指数、肌内脂肪含量和肝脏MDA含量均无显著性影响,而燕麦胶可显著(P<0.01)提高小鼠的运动能力,并显著(P<0.05)降低血清MDA含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of oat extracts on mice growth,and identified functional factors. The effectiveness and function of oat ethanol and gum extracted from oat bran were investigated in mice growth. And the exercise capacity of mice,body weight,fat index,intramuscular fat index,viscera index and MDA content were monitored during the whole animal experiment. The results showed that oat ethanol and gum had no significant effect on mice growth,food utilization rate,fat index,muscle fat and MDA content of liveruence. However the oat gum increased the exercise capacity of mice(P < 0.01),and decreased the MDA content in serum(P < 0.05).更多还原
