【摘要】 目的探讨青光眼与白内障联合手术中脉络膜下爆发性出血(SEH)的原因及其处理方法和相似并发症的鉴别。方法对58例青光眼白内障联合手术中发生SEH的2例(2眼)患者进行回顾性分析,并对相似并发症(脉络膜渗漏、灌注液迷流综合征)进行鉴别。结果随访6个月,1例患者左眼视力为指数/30 cm,1例患者右眼最终视力为0.05。结论青光眼联合白内障手术中SEH发生因素较多,并发症极为相似,及时鉴别处理将最终决定患者的视力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate cause, management measures and identification of similar complications of suprachroidal explosive hemorrhage(SEH) in combined operation for glaucoma and cataract. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 2 cases(2 eyes) with SEH in combined operation for glaucoma and cataract for 58 cases. Identification was made on similar complications(choroidal leekage, perfusate misdirection syndrome). Results Follow-up lasting for 6 months showed 1 case with left vision as index/30 cm, and 1 case with right final vision as 0.05. Conclusion There are multiple causes and similar complications of SEH in combined operation for glaucoma and cataract. Final vision in patients is depended on timely identification and management.更多还原
