【摘要】 目的探讨ICU机械通气患者经鼻腔涂抹莫匹罗星软膏在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)中的影响。方法 56例ICU机械通气的危重患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各28例。对照组采用机械通气常规护理措施,实验组采用机械通气常规护理措施的基础上给予莫匹罗星软膏涂抹鼻腔。观察两组机械通气时间、住ICU时间及VAP的发生率和死亡率。结果实验组患者VAP发生率、死亡率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU机械通气的危重患者常规护理同时给予莫匹罗星软膏涂抹鼻腔,能有效降低VAP发生率及死亡率,临床可推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate influence of mupirocin ointment in nasal cavity on prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP) in ICU mechanical ventilation patients. Methods A total of 56 critical patients in ICU receiving mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 28 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing measures in mechanical ventilation, and the experimental group received additional mupirocin ointment in nasal cavity. Mechanical ventilation time, ICU stay time, incidence of VAP, and mortality rate were observed in the two groups. Results The experimental group had much lower incidence of VAP and mortality rate than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of mupirocin ointment in nasal cavity for critical mechanical ventilation patients in ICU can effectively reduce incidence of VAP and mortality rate. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.更多还原
