非机械通气治疗小儿呼吸窘迫综合征的应用
Application of non-mechanical ventilation in the treatment of pediatric respiratory distress syndrome
【摘要】 目的探究非机械通气治疗小儿呼吸窘迫综合征的应用。方法选取新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿65例作为观察组,行肺表面活性物质替代治疗+持续气道正压通气治疗,并选取单纯行持续气道正压通气治疗的新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿60例作为对照组,比较两组疗效。结果经治疗,两组疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿死亡率为1.5%,对照组为10.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿吸氧时间、症状缓解时间及住院时间均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非机械通气治疗小儿呼吸窘迫综合征有效,可临床推广使用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate application of non-mechanical ventilation in the treatment of pediatric respiratory distress syndrome. Methods A total of 65 newborn with respiratory distress syndrome were taken as observation group, and they received pulmonary surfactant replacement therapy+continuous positive airway pressure for treatment. Another 60 newborn with respiratory distress syndrome as control group received only continuous positive airway pressure for treatment. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the difference of curative effect between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). Mortality rate in the observation group was 1.5%, and 10.0% in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The observation group had all lower oxygen time, symptom relief time, and hospital stay time than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Non-mechanical ventilation is effective in the treatment of pediatric respiratory distress syndrome, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
