【摘要】 目的探讨超声和宫腔镜检查对围绝经期异常子宫出血的诊断价值。方法 126例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者,回顾性分析其应用超声和宫腔镜检查的诊断价值。结果宫腔镜对宫内病变的诊断正确性达100%,但是只能发现病灶,不能做出最后的诊断;超声检查可提示子宫内膜厚度,但不能做出病因诊断。结论对围绝经期异常子宫出血患者,可先行超声检查了解子宫及盆腔的情况,再在宫腔镜下有针对性地刮宫,进行组织病理学检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy for perimenopausal abnormal metrorrhagia. Methods There were 126 patients with perimenopausal abnormal metrorrhagia. Diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy was retrospectively analyzed. ResultsThe accuracy of hysteroscopy in diagnosis of intrauterine lesions was 100%, but it could only find the lesion rather than making the final diagnosis. Examination by ultrasound could show endometrial thickness, while it could not provide diagnosis of pathogenesis. Conclusion Ultrasound can be applied for perimenopausal abnormal metrorrhagia patients to show their uterus and pelvic cavity status, followed by hysteroscopic curettage for histopathological examination.更多还原
