【摘要】 目的探讨针刺肩部穴位联合运动疗法治疗脑卒中后肩痛的效果。方法 60例脑卒中后肩痛患者,按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予运动疗法,观察组给予运动疗法+针刺肩部穴位治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS),治疗前为(7.6±1.3)、(7.5±1.2)分,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后为(1.7±0.6)、(3.6±1.4)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组和对照组患者的总有效率分别为93.3%和76.7%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后肩痛患者应用针刺肩部穴位联合运动疗法治疗,预后效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effect of shoulder acupoint acupuncture combined with kinesitherapy in the treatment of shoulder pain after stroke. Methods A total of 60 patients with shoulder pain after stroke were divided by treatment methods into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received kinesitherapy, and the observation group received kinesitherapy + shoulder acupoint acupuncture for treatment. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, the observation group and the control group respectively had visual analogue scale(VAS) scores as(7.6±1.3) and(7.5±1.2) points. Their difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05). After treatment, their scores were(1.7±0.6) and(3.6±1.4) points, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). After 1 month of treatment, total effective rates in the observation group and the control group were respectively 93.3% and 76.7%. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of shoulder acupoint acupuncture combined with kinesitherapy provides good prognosis in the treatment of shoulder pain after stroke.更多还原
