【摘要】 目的探讨内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)对消化道黏膜病变的临床应用价值。方法对137例内镜下黏膜切除术治疗消化道黏膜病变患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 137例患者共计189处病灶,181处病灶予以完整切除,转外科手术5例;活动性出血21例,均内镜下成功止血,无穿孔发生。结论 EMR是治疗消化道黏膜病变安全、有效、实用的内镜诊疗技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR) for digestive tract mucosal lesions. Methods A retrospectively analysis was made on the clinical data of 137 patients with digestive tract mucosal lesions receiving EMR. Results There were totally 189 lesions in 137 patients. Among them, there were 181 complete resection lesions, and 5 cases undergoing surgical operation. There were 21 cases of active hemorrhage, and they received successful hemostasis under endoscope without perforation. Conclusion EMR is a safe, effective and practical endoscopic technique for treating digestive tract mucosal lesions.更多还原
