【摘要】 目的探讨导管相关血流感染(CRBSI)与APACHEⅡ评分的相关性。方法选择2011年7月至2013年12月325例于泰山医学院附属医院ICU住院治疗并留置中心静脉导管的患者进行APACHEⅡ评分,并对其导管相关血流感染的相关性进行分析。结果325例患者共发生导管相关血流感染64例,感染率为19.7%,随着APACHEⅡ评分增高,感染的发生率增加,CRBSI的发生率与APACHEⅡ评分呈正相关(χ~2=36.684,P=0.000);APACHEⅡ评分>15分组中导管相关血流感染的发生率显著高于APACHEⅡ评分≤15分组,两组患者CRBSI的发生率差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=20.238、P=0.000)。结论APACHEⅡ评分对导管相关血流感染发生有一定的预测价值,并对导管相关血流感染的预防具有指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation of APACHE Ⅱ score and catheter-related bloodstream infections.Methods From July 2011 to December 2013,a total of 325 patients with central venous catheter in ICU of Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical University were assessed by APACHE Ⅱscoring system,then the correlation of APACHE Ⅱ score and catheter-related bloodstream infections was analyzed.Results 64 patients with central venous catheter were infected,the infection rate was 19.7%.Incidence of the infection increased as APACHE Ⅱ score grew.The incidence of catheter related bloodstream infections was positively related with the APACHE Ⅱ score(χ~2=36.684,P=0.000).The incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infections in the group of patients with APACHE Ⅱ score>15 was significantly higher than that of patients with APACHE Ⅱ score<15(χ~2=20.238,P=0.000).Conclusions APACHE Ⅱscore has predictive value with catheter-related bloodstream infections,and it could guide the prevention of catheter-related bloodstream infections.更多还原
