【摘要】 目的:测定不同海拔、不同产地、不同采收期和不同初加工方法南板蓝根中靛蓝和靛玉红的含量,为评价及确定最佳产地、采收期和初加工方法提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法,Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水梯度洗脱,检测波长300 nm,流速1 m L·min-1,柱温30℃。结果:靛蓝在0.031~0.314μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),靛玉红在0.02~0.199μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),靛蓝平均回收率为100.8%(RSD 2.2%),靛玉红平均回收率为100.2%(RSD 2.3%)。结论:不同海拔、不同产地、不同采收期和不同初加工方法南板蓝根中靛蓝、靛玉红的含量存在较大差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate contents of indigo and indirubin in Baphicacanthus Cusiae Rhizoma et Radix from different altitude,habitats,harvest period,and processing method. It can provide the basis for the determination of the best habitat,harvest time and processing method.
