【摘要】 小微企业是我国国民经济的生力军,但融资难、融资贵的问题一直制约其发展。大众创业、万众创新,知识产权质押融资为解决小微企业融资难题发挥积极作用。目前,国内知识产权质押融资发展体系基本形成,成功探索出北京模式、上海模式和武汉模式。经研究发现,应建立健全"政府引导、市场主导、中介机构积极参与"的发展模式,妥善解决逆向选择和道德风险、经营管理风险及处置流通风险等三大风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 The small and micro enterprises are forces of national economy development, but the problem of fi nancing diffi culty and fi nancing expense always restricts their development. In the period of promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation, intellectual property pledge fi nancing has better solved this problem for the small and micro enterprises which has the fi nancing diffi culty. Now, the basic development system of domestic intellectual property pledge fi nancing has been developed and three successful modes have been explored, such as Beijing model, Shanghai model and Wuhan model. The study has found that we should build the development model of government guided, market-oriented and intermediaries actively participative, and it can prevent three major risks: adverse selection and moral hazard, management risk and disposal risk.更多还原
