【Abstract】 The upward influence of followers towards destructive leadership is an emerging theme in Organizational Behavior area. The perspective of the researchers is changing from leaders to followers, and the knowledge of followers tend to be more and more objective. This study further discussed the internal motivations of effective followers towards destructive leadership, clarified the theoretical basis that the upward influence of followers towards destructive leadership, and analyzed the influence of different coping strategies adopted by follower on destructive leadership.更多还原
