【Abstract】 Virtualization of the high-level talents has become a new trend of employment form by enterprises. This paper expounds the connotation of high-level virtual talents in enterprises for the first time, and analyzes the characteristics and factors influencing the communication management of high-level virtual talents. Then an analytical model about the communication of high-level virtual talents is built and the evolution path is discussed.
