【Abstract】 "Lu Jiuci Asks Chen Qi About Numbers"is a special and significant excerpt from one of the mathematical books on bamboo strips preserved at Peking University. This article publishes photographs of all the bamboo strips along with a modern Chinese translation of this excerpt,as well as a series of commentaries written by a group of expert historians of mathematics and paleographers.They explain the difficult textual points of this document and reveal its rich content and significance from different points of view,including textual explanations,mathematical thoughts and mathematical methods,medicine,divination,city construction in ancient China,and theories about the historiography of mathematics. This special article is expected to promote studies on the history of Chinese mathematics and research on the thought and culture of ancient China.更多还原
