【Abstract】 The Philosophies of Science: An Introductory Survey was the beginning of thought of the philosophy of science of Rom Harré, the contents of this book have shown his tendency of realism. The core point of his scientific realism was a scientific theory based on the construction of model,plausibility of scientific theory depended on the operation of model. But later his thought turned to the field of discourse, he thought that society-cul-ture affected the generation and changes of mind dynamically through discourse.
