同伴互助学习在神经系统查体教学中的应用
Application of Peer-assisted Learning in Physical Examinations of Nervous System
【摘要】 目的:在神经系统查体教学中探讨同伴互助学习法的可行性及有效性。方法:采用同伴互助学习法与传统教学比较。课程结束后进行客观性临床考试、问卷调查和座谈。结果:同伴互助学习组成绩明显优于传统组(P<0.05)。学生对同伴互助学习法适应较好,课堂注意力、学习效率明显提高,并且还有利于综合能力的培养。结论:同伴互助学习法是神经系统查体教学重要的辅助方法,能提高学生的学习成绩及综合能力。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of peer-assisted learning( PAL) in physical examinations of the nervous system.Methods Compared the method of PAL to traditional method. Objective clinical examination( OCE) and questionnaire were used for evaluating. Results The scores of OCE in PAL group were all significantly higher. The subjective evaluation results showed that students adapt better to PAL( P < 0. 05). The classroom attention,learning efficiency and comprehensive ability was improved obviously. Conclusion PAL appears to be an important aided teaching method for teaching of neurological examination,improving the students’ learning achievement and comprehensive ability.
