【Abstract】 With the high development of information technology,the micro course gets vigorous development which has achieved positive role in promoting students’ self-study,etc. This new teaching mode has a huge impact on traditional classroom teaching for medical academies. The teachers’ teaching skills have greatly changed with the extensive development of new media technology. Based on the understanding of the connotation and the analysis of the research status of the micro course,the passage analyses the new features of medical college teachers’ professional skills on the micro course. Meanwhile,it carries on the discussion about strategies to comply with the new characteristics of teachers.
