临床医学专业本科生多重OSCE评价体系的构建、应用及思考
Construction,application and reflection of the multiple OSCE evaluation system for the clinical medicine undergraduates
【摘要】 探讨多重OSCE评价体系在临床医学专业本科生内、外、妇产、儿科学技能考核以及毕业技能考核中的设计、应用及教学效果评价,总结经验,分析此考评体系的意义,并充分考虑体系内部影响因素,不断完善体系设计。
【Abstract】 This study evaluated the design,application and effectiveness of the multiple OSCE evaluation system when it is used for the medical skills examination of clinical medicine students specialized in the internal medicine,surgery,Obstetrics and Gynecology,and pediatrics. Lessons have been learned and values of the evaluation system have been analyzed. The internal determinants of the system have been taken into consideration to improve the system design.
