【摘要】 在国内显微外科技术培训对于综合性三甲医院的外科来说尚属于新生事物,文章在该医院的显微外科技术培训时对学员进行了问卷调查和统计分析。调查了受训学员的年龄分布情况,学位和身份情况、对其学习显微外科技术的迫切性进行了评分并对课程前后模拟吻合技术耗时进行了比较分析。结果发现在综合性三甲医院的外科培训中,显微外科技术培训进入规范化培训的需求很迫切,尤其是年轻医生对它的需求强烈,本课程的院内继续教育模式设计合理。综合医院在这方面有很多的工作可以逐步开展,以适应现代医学变化的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China,microsurgical training is a relative new thing to AAA general hospital and their surgeons. Survey was administered to collected data about trainees’ ages,highest degrees,their perceptions of the urgency of microsurgical training. Their microsurgical suturing were compared before and after the training. The findings indicate most young surgeons had a sense of great urgency for the training.
