【摘要】 目的优选补中益气颗粒中挥发油提取及β-环糊精(β-CD)包合的最佳工艺。方法以挥发油的提取量为考察指标,采用正交试验优选挥发油提取工艺;以挥发油包合率和包合物收得率为考察指标,采用正交试验优选挥发油包合工艺。结果优选的挥发油提取工艺为:加入10倍量水,浸泡0.5 h,提取9 h;优选的挥发油包合工艺为:挥发油:β-CD为1:8,包合温度50℃,包合时间为90 min。结论优选的挥发油提取工艺提油率高,包合工艺稳定可行,适合生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the extraction and β-CD inclusion technology of volatile oil from Buzhong Yiqi granules. Methods With the amount of volatile oil as observing index, we optimized the extraction of volatile oil by orthogonal test. With the inclusion rate of volatile oil and the yield of inclusion compound as the observing indexes, we optimized the inclusion of volatile oil by orthogonal test. Results The optimum extraction of volatile oil was 10 times of water, soaking for 0.5 hour and extracting for 9 h. The optimum inclusion of volatile oil was ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin was 1 : 8, 50 ℃, inclusion for 90 min. Conclusion The optimized extraction had a high rate of oil yield. The optimized inclusion is stable, feasible and suitable for mass production.更多还原
