【摘要】 目的:通过采用QuEchERS和普通SPE前处理方法对模拟样品(加标)的检测,保证相关部门对蔬菜中农药残留卫生监督监测快捷、简便、价格低廉,同时提高农药残留检测准确性。方法:采用QuEchERS方法测定蔬菜中有机磷农药多残留,并与普通SPE方法进行比较,统计学分析统计。结果:用QuEchERS方法测定蔬菜中的农药残留,平均回收率在81.6%~89.2%,RSD不大于7.1%,优于普通SPE方法。结论:QuEchERS方法优于普通SPE方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By using QuEchERS method and common SP pretreatment to detect the simulated samples(labeled),to ensure to get a quick,easy,inexpensive pesticide residue analysis,and to gain high quality result.Methods We used the QuEchERS method to exam the organophosphorus pesticide residue in vegetables,and compared the results with the common SPE method.Results By using the QuEchERS method,the average recovery rate is between 81.6%~89.2% and RSD is less than 7.1%,which is better than the results of common SPE method.Conclusion The QuEchERS method is better than common SPE method.更多还原
