【摘要】 以大果、高糖、高可食率、果肉脆而不流汁为龙眼杂交育种的目标性状,对‘立冬本’和‘苗翘’龙眼正反杂交后代的果实进行分析,研究育种目标性状在后代中的表现及分布,结果表明:后代中平均单果重≥12 g、果实可溶性固形物含量≥22%、可食率≥68%的株数比例分别为25.93%、37.04%、28.57%,有30.36%和44.64%单株的果实果肉不流汁和质地脆。综合5个目标性状,同时具备2个性状的后代有30株,具备3个性状的有14株,具备4个性状的有3株,而5个目标性状全部具备的株数为0。更多还原

【Abstract】 The target characters of longan cross breeding include big-fruit, high sugar content, high edible rateand crisp and dry- on- surface flesh. In our paper, progenies of reciprocal cross between longan cultivars‘Lidongben’and‘Biew kiew’were used as materials to study the target character performance anddistribution in progenies of Longan cross breeding. The results showed that among all the progenies, 25.93%had the average fruit weight of more than 12 g, 37.04% had fruit soluble solid content of more than 22%,28.57% had edible rate of more than 68%, 30.36% had dry-on-surface flesh and 44.64% had crisp flesh.Taking all the 5 characters into consideration, there were 30 plants with 2 target characters, 14 plants with 3target characters, 3 plants with 4 target characters and no plants with 5 target characters among all the progenyplants.更多还原
