【摘要】 杂交育种是培育新品种的重要方法,能快速整合多品种的优良性状。杂交育种依然是当今应用最为广泛的育种方法。目前,中国一串红种子还需大量进口,引种后部分品种对国内气候的不适应,因此选育适宜国内气候特点、拥有独立知识产权的一串红新品种已迫在眉睫。为此,笔者分析并研究了一串红开花习性、柱头最佳授粉期、最佳授粉时间、正反交杂交组合4个因素对一串红杂交结实率的影响,以期为一串红的杂交育种工作提供技术支持和参考,提高杂交育种效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cross breeding is a very important way of breeding new cultivars and is widely used for gatheringfine traits together quickly. Currently, seeds of Salvia splendens in China depend largely on import. However,some of the imported cultivars have bad acclimatization. Now it is urgent to breed new species that could adaptto our climate well and have our own intellectual property. For this, the paper analyzed and summarized fouraspects of the key factors in cross breeding of Salvia splendens, which are reproduction biology, stigmareceptivity, the best pollination time and the reciprocal hybrid. It could provide useful information and improvethe efficiency of hybrid breeding of Salvia splendens in the future.更多还原
