一种新型大流量减压阀的数值模拟

【摘要】 基于CFD技术,对一种的新型大流量减压阀进行了数值模拟并绘制出其流量特性曲线以及阻力特性曲线,分析了该新型阀的流量特性以及阻力特性;根据计算出的压力云图和流速场,分析了减压阀的减压及消能效果。结果表明阀门流量特性为近似线性流量特性;减压阀主要通过条形挡板及阀心与阀座间环形通道2个部位双重节流,阀门有良好的消能效果。

【Abstract】 A new high-flow valve is simulated based on CFD software,then the flow characteristic curve and the resistance characteristic curve are plotted in order to analyze the flow characteristics and resistance characteristics.Based on the simulated pressure and velocity field,The effect of the pressure relief and energy dissipation is elaborated on.The results show that the flow characteristic curve of the pressure reducing valve is approximately a linear type.The valve mainly throttles by the inter-strip flappers and the channel ring between the spool valve and the valve seat.The pressure reducing valve has a good effect of energy dissipation.
