水泵水轮机全特性的改进Suter变换方法

【摘要】 水泵水轮机全特性曲线在水轮机飞逸工况区和反水泵工况区出现S型,在水泵工况区存在交叉和重叠现象,这种单位流量和单位转矩的多值性给过渡过程计算带来不便。通过分析Suter变换和改进Suter变换对水泵水轮机全特性曲线的处理效果,提出了一种新的转换关系式,重点消除了WM曲线交叉和分布不均匀等缺陷。在新变换的基础上利用MATLAB软件将变换后的特性曲线表达成三维曲面形式,提出了一种求取水泵水轮机组的转轮边界瞬态参数的新方法,并通过验证说明了该方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 Complete characteristic curves of pump-turbine appear S characteristics in the runaway conditions and reverse pump conditions,and crossover and overlap phenomena in the working area of pumps.The multi-value characteristic of unit discharge and unit movement can cause inconvenience for transition process analysis.By analyzing the treatment effect of Suter-transformation and improved Suter-transformation of the complete characteristic curves,a new transformation is put forward,focusing on the elimination of the defects of the WM curve crossing and uneven distribution.Based on the new transformation,this paper puts forward a new method for the transient parameters of pump turbine runner boundary by using MATLAB to express the curve in a three-dimensional surface.The effectiveness of the method is illustrated by means of verification.
