【摘要】 以某工程为例,综合分析招标采购风险因素,运用AHP对招标采购风险进行评价,提出全面的定量化和定性化的层次结构评价模式和总体评价方法。首先构建招标采购风险的层次分析结构模型及判断矩阵,然后进行层次排序,并对判断矩阵进行一致性检验,在定性、定量指标转换的基础上形成评价方法。确定出影响招标采购风险的5个主要因素,为减少风险提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking a project as an example,by making comprehensive analysis of risk factors in bidding procurement and making judgment on risks in bidding procurement based on analytical hierarchy process,a complete quantification and qualitative hierarchical structure evualtion mode and general evulation method were put forward. Firstly,hierarchical analysis structure model and judging matrix of risks in bidding procurement were constructed and then hierarchical sequencing was conducted. After doing consistency tests on judging matrix,the evaluation method was formed on the basis of qualitative and quantification indicator conversion. Finally the five main factors that influenced risks of Bidding Procurement were found out,which provided the basis for risk reduction.更多还原
