【摘要】 目的:探讨壮医刮痧排毒疗法治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,30天为1个疗程;其中对照组患者给予糖脉康颗粒口服治疗;观察组患者则给予壮医刮痧排毒疗法配合糖脉康颗粒口服治疗;比较两组患者治疗前、10天后、20天后及治疗后血糖控制总达标率,治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG),餐后2h血糖(2h FBG),糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c),甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),空腹胰岛素(FINS),胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果:观察组患者血糖控制总达标率显著优于对照组差异有显著性[88.34%vs76.53%,P<0.05];其中观察组患者治疗后FBG、2h FBG、Hb A1c及HDL-C水平改善程度显著优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗10天和20天后的FBG、2h FBG及治疗20天后的TC、HDL-C显著也优于治疗前,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:壮医刮痧排毒疗法对治疗及控制2型糖尿病具有良好的效果,改善患者生化指标,提高生活质量,以及在调节血脂方面的效果明显,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the safety and clinical effect of Zhuang medicine scraping detoxification therapy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
